Nollywood super star actor Chinedu Ikedieze recently celebrated his wedding anniversary with his wife. The two of them flew to somewhere in the Europe to enjoy their marriage anniversary together and according to the pics he shared on his twitter page, it was evidently seen they really had a blast.

I was so pleased when I discovered that Chinedu and his dear wife has a daughter out of their 2 year old marriage. But it seems he is trying to still hide the details from the public.

Premature Ejaculation: How To Delay Ejaculation To Last Longer In Bed

Premature ejaculation can get you down and ruin your sex life.
Learn to delay ejaculation and last longer in bed by trying these simple tips to delay and prolong ejaculation. This will enable you and your partner to enjoy a healthy sex life.

Kegel exercises - Kegel exercises can help you prolong ejaculation. Kegels are those muscles that you use for controlling urination. So, flex these muscles about 30 times a day to delay ejaculation.

Squeeze technique - Prolong ejaculation and delay it by holding the tip of the head of the penis. Squeezing the tip of the penis can help control premature ejaculation.

Testes - The scrotum rises as a man reaches orgasm and is on the verge of ejaculation. So, delay ejaculation by pulling the scrotum away from the body.

Change focus - Rather than concentrating on ejaculation, concentrate on your partner's pleasure.

Combination of thrusts - Delay ejaculation or male orgasm by combining shallow thrusts with deep thrusts. This technique helps prolong ejaculation and will make you last longer in bed.

Massage the prostate gland - When you practice delaying ejaculation, the prostate gland turns sore. Hence it is important to massage the gland to prevent any kind of pain.

Perineum pressure - Delay ejaculation by applying pressure to the perineum, which is the spot between the anus and scrotum. The prostate gland expands and contracts while reaching orgasm or ejaculation. So, by applying pressure on this spot, one can prolong ejaculation.

Pelvic muscles - Squeeze the pubococcygeous muscle to stop ejaculating. Contract these muscles, which are used for controlling urine; doing so regularly helps you delay ejaculation.

Blueberries - This berry is known to delay ejaculation, as it relaxes the nerves in the penis.

Woman-on-top - This sex position reduces your chances of premature ejaculation, thereby helping you last longer in bed. Switch to the woman-on-top sex position to delay ejaculation.

Start and stop - When you have the urge to ejaculate, stop, pull out and then thrust again. Also, the start and stopmethod helps a couple to last longer in bed and enjoy the full sexual experience.

Masturbate - Masturbation can help you prolong sex, so delay ejaculation by masturbating at least an hour before intercourse.

Control your orgasm - Without any lubrication masturbate to the point of climax and stop. Do it a couple of times and then ejaculate; over a period of time you can control ejaculation.

Before engaging in intercourse, engage in foreplay – ask your partner to gently massage the penis along with lubrication. In time this method can help you prolong ejaculation.

I hid Mandela In Nigeria For 6 Months in 1963- Mbazulike Amaechi

Photo: Mbazulike Amaechi was hiding Mandela in Nigeria for 6 months
One of the few surviving nationalists and former Minister of Aviation in the first republic, Chief Mbazulike Amaechi has revealed how he was hiding the former South Africa President, Chief Nelson Mandela, for six months in Nigeria to evade his arrest by officials of the apartheid regime in that country.

Amaechi said in his interview to the Vanguard journalists, that people like Mandela are great assets to humanity and should not be going through the pains of life.
The former minister, popularly known as ‘the boy is good’, said it was a privilege to him being asked to live with Mandela when he ran away from the apartheid regime and came to Nigeria in 1963, adding that they shared great moments during the six months plus Mandela lived in his house.
Moreover, Amaechi said that even when Mandela returned to South Africa and was imprisoned, he still wrote him letters from prison.

The former minister mentioned that during the apartheid time in South Africa the British government was chasing Mandela in order to imprison him, which forced him run away from SA and take refuge in Nigeria.
That was when the late Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe was the President of Nigeria and late Dr. Michael Okpara the Premier of the Eastern Region.

When Mandela came to Nigeria, Zik as the leader of the nationalist group in Nigeria in consultation with Okpara decided that they should find a nationalist of Mandela’s caliber who would accommodate him.

Thus, they turned to Amaechim who was at that time the parliamentary secretary and also a member of the parliament. SA leader moved into Amaechi's house and stayed for about 6 or months with him and his wife.

"We used to go out together and both the British intelligence and the South African intelligence services knew that he was with me, but there was nothing they could do about it because I was in government."
Six or seven months later Mandela made decision to return to South Africa. When he went back, he was promptly arrested, charged and sentenced to life imprisonment. He went to prison, but the nationalism in him did not depart from him.

"He continued doing his best for some of his colleagues. He wrote me a letter from prison asking me to find employment for one Dr. Barange. Barange’s father was a lawyer who defended the nationalists in a previous case, while Barange himself was a geologist."

Later, after having been freed, Mandela came to Nigeria and specifically requested to see Amaechi and Dr. Azikiwe. In happened in 1993.

Former Liverpool defender Mark Lawrenson has suggested that Robin van Persie has handed in a transfer request at Manchester United.
Lawrenson, who now works as a pundit for Match of the Day, made the claim on an Irish radio station whilst discussing United’s poor recent form.
He then added that he’d been told about Van Persie’s desire to leave Old Trafford – and that the Dutchman had asked for a transfer earlier in the week.

‘There’s all sorts of rumours coming out of the training ground at the minute,’ said Lawrenson.
‘I know one or two of the press boys that cover Manchester United, and they were saying there are whispers that Van Persie might have asked for a transfer the other night.’
The surprise news comes just weeks after David Moyes was forced to deny claims that he had fallen out with Van Persie in training, after they were pictured rowing during a session.
The former Arsenal captain has recently been linked with Real Madrid.

BREAKING NEWS: 22 Senators Dump PDP for APC in National Assembly

The battle over which party will be in charge of the National Assembly is still on. It seems the APC has made it in the House of Reps, just waiting for the right time to make the announcement. Now the political power tussle has shifted to the senate where 22 senators elected on the platform of the PDP are said to be on their way to join the APC, thus increasing the chance of the leading opposition party.
“As we speak, those of us who have made up our minds to seek a new platform for our political future are not fewer than 22 in this Senate,” said a PDP senator who's set to join APC.
Although the National Chairman of the embattled PDP, Bamanga Tukur, had on Wednesday paid a visit to the Senate to beg the leadership to stop their members from joining APC, but it ended as a failed attempt.

One of the angry Senators thundered, as he walked out of the meeting with Tukur in Abuja:
“Tukur did not know how I contested and won my election; he will not also know how I will contest and win the next election,” adding that 2015 will be a big shocker for the PDP.

You may wish to know that PDP currently has 72 Senators, APC has 33, LP 3 and APGA 1. But with 22 of them now joining the APC, it means the APC will now have 55, will PDP will be left with just 50.

Also, a credible source disclosed that the APC now have a confirmed majority in the House of Reps. “The new arithmetic of the lawmakers in the House is 137 APC members plus 57 new PDP members that recently joined, making a total of 194 members.”

Nigerians Aderoju Bammeke and Jessica Ogunyemi, jailed in the UK for internet banking scam

Nigerian couple, 22 year old Aderoju Bammeke, (pictured left) and his girlfriend 20 year old Jessica Ogunyemi, (pictured right) have been jailed in the UK for being part of a Nigerian gang that hacked into the accounts of several people and stole thousands of dollars from them,
"The couple were part of a global internet banking scam which could have netted a phenomenal £19million after hacking the accounts of nearly 2,500 people. Aderoju and Jessica were the UK 'platform' for a Nigerian 'phishing' scam that made £41,000 in just two months.
The plot, masterminded by a gang in Nigeria, involved sending fake emails to customers of banks including Barclays and Halifax. The emails told recipients that their accounts had been hacked and asked them to complete a form with their log-in details. But when victims obliged, Bammeke stepped in and helped the gang log in to steal money.
Fashion marketing student Ogunyemi, his girlfriend at the time, helped him launder the proceeds by putting funds in accounts, hiding cash and allowing him to buy her a £2,400 Vauxhall Corsa.

Bammeke has now been jailed for three-and-a-half years at Manchester Crown Court after admitting conspiracy to commit fraud and unauthorised computer use.
Ogunyemi admitted five counts of money laundering and was given a suspended prison sentence.

Michael Lavery, defending Ogunyemi, said she had brought shame on her family, including her train driver father and mother who works for Manchester council.
He said she had been 'naive', was predicted to get a first in her degree and was no longer in a relationship with Bammeke.

Bammeke had pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing to conspiracy to commit fraud and unauthorised computer use while Ogunyemi admitted five counts of money laundering.

Sentencing Bammeke, Judge Recorder Gibson said: 'This in my opinion was a sophisticated fraud, a clever fraud and a fraud which could very easily have resulted in very much more substantial money being stolen.'
He jailed Ogunyemi for a year, suspended for two years, and ordered her to complete 180 hours' unpaid work.

After the hearing, Detective Superintendent Janet Hudson of TITAN, the North-West Regional Crime Unit, said: 'The actions of Bammeke and Ogunyemi caused a great deal of stress and uncertainty to many affected bank customers who had their accounts accessed.

'As a result of the investigation, no customers were left out of pocket and the offenders were arrested and ultimately sentenced. Internet banking is considered a safe and secure method of banking.
'However, bank customers need to remain vigilant and aware of the danger posed by fraudsters. Customers should only ever navigate directly to an online bank website and should never click on any link sent to them through an email.

'Additionally when accessing bank accounts online customers should always be aware of the exact address in order to ensure that they are actually on a legitimate banking website.'

Obasanjo: Mandela rebuffed my pleas for him to seek re-election after the expiration of his tenure.

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has described the death of the former South African president, Nelson Mandela as a great loss to his family, South Africans, Africans and the entire world who would greatly miss a caring patriarch, a role model and a leader.
He was speaking at his hilltop mansion in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital while reacting to the death of his bosom friend.
While commiserating with the entire black race on the demise of the man fondly called Madiba by his people, former President Obasanjo said his life should be an example of what all leaders of the world should aspire for.
Obasanjo recounted with nostalgia his earliest encounters with Nelson Mandela when he visited him in Polls Moor Prison in February 1986, when he was a co-chairman of the Commonwealth Eminent Persons Group on South African apartheid regime.
While joining other world leaders to pay tribute to the life and times of the late icon of South Africa’s struggle, Obasanjo commended the refusal by Mandela to seek re-election after the expiration of his tenure despite his own personal persuasion.
And as the world mourns his demise, President Obasanjo has however challenged world leaders, saying his struggle and our struggles should remain the same as we seek answers to today’s challenges.
He said the world should be reminded of the sterling qualities of forgiveness and forbearance which the great Madiba left behind.

Nigeria’s secret police, the State Security Service, on Friday interrogated Junaid Mohammed, a staunch critic of President Goodluck Jonathan and the Federal Government, over inciting comments credited to him.

The politician was reportedly summoned to the SSS headquarters in the Abuja, where he was quizzed for several hours over comments credited to him suggesting there would be violence should President Jonathan stand for reelection.

A source in the SSS claimed Mr. Junaid told investigators he was misquoted out of context and that he would not do anything to undermine the peace and security of his own country.
Our source said he was cautioned and then released after he gave an undertaken to refrain from making incendiary comments in future.
Contacted by PREMIUM TIMES, Mr. Junaid confirmed the SSS  “invited” him for a chat and that he was released shortly thereafter.
“It is all over,” he said in a telephone interview. “They (SSS operatives) were professional in their dealing with me. I can see they are a bunch of educated people who are equally concerned about this country.”

Mr. Mohammed, a social critic and second republic parliamentarian, is known for divisive and incendiary remarks.
Recently, he was quoted to have said “blood would flow on the streets of Nigeria should President Jonathan insist on running for the Presidency in 2015.”
In early 2012, he gave a controversial interview where he said the North of Nigeria was ready to break up and go its separate way.
After his “blood would flow” remark, Abuja-based lawyer, Kayode Ajulo, released a statement calling on the Inspector General of Police and director of the State Security Services to arrest Mr. Mohammed.
“I, as a law abiding citizen and one who has great hope for the future of this great nation, therefore, use this medium to call on the Inspector General of Police, the Director State Security Service and other security agencies of Government to look into the underlying messages being passed across to insurgents by these individuals particularly the recent one made by Dr. Junaid Mohammed, ” Mr. Ajulo had said.

My Abductors Were Instructed To Assassinate Me’ – Anambra PDP Chairman Narrates Ordeal

Capture1     VS

The Anambra State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Prince Ken Emeakayi, who was kidnapped last weekend has regained his freedom.

Narrating his ordeal yesterday, Emekayi claimed that his captors were instructed to assassinate him but God intervened saved his life.
“On Sunday, the first day of December, 2013, I was on my way to Awka from Ihiala my local government when on reaching Anyasoijiji, a junction between Agulu and Nise on that Agukwunri junction, one RAV4 SUV overtook my car and blocked me and about four young men inside the vehicle, well-armed with weapons opened fire on me and my vehicle, he said.
“After some minutes of steady firing, one of them pulled me out of the vehicle and blindfolded me and pushed me into their waiting RAV4 vehicle and took me away to an unknown destination”.
The state PDP chairman said after some hours of driving, they pulled over and disembarked from the car and trekked for about 15 minutes until they got to a river bank he could not recognize, then his blindfold was removed.
He said from the manner his abductors spoke and acted, it was obvious that his kidnap was political.
According to him, the leader of the gang had promised to call him and tell him the politician behind his abduction.
Emekayi’s abduction had stirred controversy as the Anambra State Police Command claimed it did not received any report regarding the alleged kidnap.

2014 World Cup draw: Nigeria to play Argentina, Bosnia, Iran: Nigeria Looks Good !

With the present crop of players in the team, their determination and fighting spirit, Nigeria is capable of lifting football’s biggest prize.....Keshi ..Calabar, Nigeria , 13 Nov 2013
I am grateful to God for using me to raise another formidable national football team for the country and I implore Nigerians to pray for the success of the Super Eagles given that football is a unifying factor in the country......Keshi ..Calabar, Nigeria 13 Nov 2013

Group A – Brazil, Croatia, Mexico, Cameroon
Group B – Spain, Netherlands, Chile, Australia
Group C – Colombia, Greece, Ivory Coast, Japan
Group D – Uruguay, Costa Rica, England, Italy
Group E – Switzerland, Ecuador, France, Honduras

Group F -   Nigeria , Argentina, Iran, Bosnia-Herzegovina

The 2014 World Cup would be the fourth Mundial that Nigeria will face Argentina in the opening round having met the South Americans at the USA 1994, Japan/Korea 2002 and South Africa 2010 editions of the Mundial.
In all the three previous encounters, the Argentines had the upper hand a tricky combination of Maradona and Claudio Canniggia accounting for their 2-1 defeat of the Eagles, even after Samson Siasia had given the Eagles the lead in that game.
At the Korea/Japan edition, a header by Gabriel Batistuta settled the game, while the Argies relied on a Gabriel Heinze header to win the game. And now, both teams will meet again in their last group game on June 25, 2014 at Porto Alegre.
But the Eagles are not daunted by the presence of the South Africans once again in their group.
Speaking after yesterday’s draw, the Eagles, who watched attentively to discover their opponents in the first round, agreed that they have a fair draw in Group F.
The other teams in the group are Bosnia and Iran.
Nigeria will open its participation at the Mundial with a game in Curitiba against Iran on June 16 and travel to Cuiaba on June 21 for their game against Bosnia before the last game against Argentina.
Super Eagles’ midfielder, Nnamdi Oduamadi, who rates Argentina as the only serious threat to Nigeria’s qualification for the second round, believes the game against Iran is the most crucial of the three group matches.
He said, “I am happy with this group and we are in the second round already as far as I am concerned. Argentina looks the toughest, but we are good enough to beat them.
“the task is to beat Iran in the first game, get a good result against Bosnia before settling qualification with the Argentine game,” Odumadi said.
Efe Ambrose also believes that the draw is favourable, but he cautions the Eagles against complacency.
“This is a fair group. It won’t be an easy ride for us because every team in the group have chance to qualify, we will take all games with all seriousness needed,” he said.
In the other groups of the competition, defending champions, Spain, will meet 2010 finalists the Netherlands in the so-called Group of Death.
Spain, who defeated the Dutch 1-0 in the South Africa final, are also joined by Chile, world-ranked 15th, and Australia in Group B.
England, the 1966 World Cup winners, also face a tough route to the second round of the Brazil World Cup next summer.
They were drawn with Uruguay, Costa Rica and Italy in Group D. The omens are not good. Uruguay defeated Brazil 2-1 in the 1950 World Cup final, the last time the tournament was staged in South America.
Five-time world champions Brazil, the host nation, have arguably the easiest draw, with Croatia, Mexico and Cameroon standing in their way of advancing to the knockout stage from Group A.
Brazil v Croatia is the opening game of the June 12 to July 13 World Cup.
Germany, who lost 1-0 to Spain in the 2010 World Cup semi-final, face Ronaldo’s Portugal, Ghana and USA in Group G.

The draw not only revealed who will face who in the group stages of the 32-team tournament, but it also determined where the teams would play their games and how far they would have to travel from their training bases.

MSNBC Helped Sarah Palin Muzzle the 1st Amendment By Not Supporting Martin Bashir

Martin-Bashir-Sarah-Palin
The Founding Fathers believed certain rights were so important they listed them in the 1st Amendment to the nation’s Constitution, and they certainly were specific in prohibiting the U.S. Congress from abridging any Americans’ right to assemble, exercise religion, speak freely, or express themselves in print. There is no group in America more fervent in their support of 1st Amendment rights than conservatives; particularly teabagger extremists and the religious right. However, they have claimed exclusive use of those rights in their crusade to suppress other Americans rights with frightening efficiency since the population elected an African American man as President. The practice of subverting the people’s 1stAmendment rights began under the aegis of the George W. Bush administration to quell opposition to its warmongering as it lied the nation into the Iraq War, but Bush and company at least kept the subversion out of the public eye; that has not been the case since conservatives rose to power after the 2008 presidential election.
If America is nothing else, it is a nation of rank inequality and disparity, and the same people promoting the rights of the rich over the rest of the population are guilty of upholding 1stAmendment rights of conservatives to subvert those of their perceived enemies. Conservatives could not wield inordinate power to restrict other Americans First Amendment rights without steadfast assistance from the all-encompassing conservative media, and besides prohibiting fair exchange of ideas from both sides of the political spectrum, they have enacted disciplinary policies for journalists who fail to toe the conservative line. The news that MSNBC political commentator Martin Bashir submitted his immediate resignation after a heartfelt meeting with the president of MSNBC is yet another example that there is a steep price to pay for any journalist expressing an opinion that is not supportive of, or cleared by, conservatives.
Martin Bashir’s mistake as a liberal commentator was two-fold; he articulated a widely-held opinion about a conservative charlatan, and he targeted mainstream media darling and perpetually self-identified victim Sarah Palin. It is true that Mr. Bashir was free to exercise his 1st Amendment right of free speech and freedom of the press, but he was not entitled to express his opinion with impunity; especially for exposing Palin’s moral deficiencies and pointing out her “well-established-reputation as a world-class idiot.”
Many news outlets, particularly on the left, errantly reported ad nauseum that “Bashir said someone should shit in Palin’s mouth,” but that simply is not true. However, left-leaning bloggers stated it as fact and parroted it mercilessly as if uttered from the mouth of god and those who repeated the lie are as complicit for the firestorm surrounding Bashir’s commentary as Palin’s phony outrage that led to his unwarranted apology and subsequent “resignation.” Regarding Bashir’s “resignation,” MSNBC president Phil Griffin paid “tribute” to Mr. Bashir and stated “I understand his decision. Martin is a good man and respected colleague – we wish him only the best.” Griffin’s tribute is as phony as the idea that there is freedom of speech and the press for liberal commentators, and is an affront to the definition of “good man and respected colleague.”  Any decent human being, and American, would have supported a “good man and respected colleague” and defended Bashir’s 1st Amendment right of freedom of speech and told Palin to take her harpy victim act to Fox News, read the 1st Amendment on-air, and tell her ignorant acolytes why a “real American” demanded the “lame-stream media” take punitive action against a man for exercising his 1st Amendment rights.
Mr. Bashir is not completely without fault in this whole affair either. If he was expressing his true opinion, and there is no reason to believe otherwise, he should not have apologized, “resigned,” or claimed he “deeply regretted what was said.” All he did was embolden “America’s resident dunce” and empower her and conservative media to target and punish the next American who dares question, point out, or expose the certain instance of Palin’s morally insensitive remarks. Bashir is not the first, and likely not the last, journalist to experience the wrath of conservative media for exercising their 1st Amendment right of free speech, and besides the double-standard and hypocrisy rampant in America’s conservative media, it informs the 1stAmendment freedom of speech is reserved for conservative commentators exclusively.
What MSNBC accomplished by not supporting Bashir’s 1stAmendment right and journalistic freedom as a political commentator was muzzle, and pre-censor, the rest of the network’s on-air talent and send a strong message that expressing their opinion is perilous and risks termination whether it is through forced “resignation” or outright dismissal. They also positioned themselves as just another conservative media outlet serving the needs of “America’s world class idiot” evidenced by her gratitude for “the media who came out and said, look, our standards have to be higher than this.” Palin’s remarks are an insult to the media she perpetually insults for honest reporting, and an affront to Americans because no mainstream media outlet cited the blatant hypocrisy in her phony victim role.
Palin said she was “calloused,” and “at this point I’m used to it. My role is to accept his apology and be humble enough to accept it and move on.” But she clearly did not and cautioned “those with that platform, with a microphone, a camera in their face, they have to have some more responsibility taken.” It was clearly a warning to the next journalist that expressing their honest opinion about Palin will face conservative media’s wrath like this author for not apologizing, disavowing verified facts, or acknowledging anything other than exercising the 1st Amendment’s guarantee of the right of free speech. Mr. Bashir’s job was finished before his meeting with MSNBC president Phil Griffin or his alleged “resignation,” and the least he could have done was not give Palin the satisfaction of a humiliating apology. If he had to say anything, he should have confessed that he honestly believed exercising his freedom of speech was guaranteed in the 1stAmendment, accepted that it is a right reserved for conservatives like “America’s resident idiot,” and forced conservative MSNBC to terminate his employment.
