Police having fun at Notting Hill Carnival
Caribbean woman dancing with Police officer while on lookers laugh take pictures and it film it from their mobile phones. Nottinghill Carnival organised by the Caribbean Community of London, is the biggest Carinval in Europe attracting around one million people on August Bank Holiday weekend.
