After much debate, it looks like Kanye West’s sex tape is real and does exist. HIs lawyer has just released a statement and claims that the tape was stolen from the rapper’s computer.In a legal document to AllHipHop.com Lisa M. Buckley of Pryor Cashman says:
“Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer,”
She also writes:
“Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolenScreen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity,”
Buckley has warned several media outlets on posting screenshots from the video. She says:
“We hereby demand that you: (1) immediately cease and desist from posting, advertising,marketing, displaying and disseminating the illegally obtained Screen Shot of Mr. West,” the notice reads.
Kanye’s lawyer is in grind mode to find out who is behind shopping the sex tape around. Sex.com has already reportedly offered $1 million to the anonymous seller.
Looks like things are getting ugly for Kanye but he is reportedly doing everything in his power to keep the video from hitting the public.
