C.P.C Nasarawa Govt Shared N428Millions To Law Makers.
***Governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura of Nasarawa (CPC) approved the sum of N315 million as Car allowance to members and officers of the state House of Assembly.
***30 Toyota Prado Jeeps fully Paid for and distributed to House members and officers of the state House.
***N113 million shared among House members as Foreign Trips Allowances.
Nasarawa is one of the poorest states in the Country and one imagines why this high and reckless spending should be going on without and restrained.
This offence is what the PDP is characterized for, but a self claimed fiscal conservative party like CPC engaging in a spending spree in a poverty ravaged state like Nasarawa is beyound reason.
Why should the state government approved N113million for overseas travel that have not been embarked. Must the state law makers travel overseas? Is their constituencies in Europe, America and Asia?
