Comedian Eddie Murphy has unloaded a multi-million dollar mansion known as “Bubble Hill” for under half of his original asking price.

The actor has owned the property since 1985, but it was sold to an unknown buyer for an estimated $12 million earlier this month. The ‘Bubble Hill’ estate had been on the market since 2004, when it was first listed at $30 million.

 By December of 2006, the price was reduced to $22 million and then again to $19 million.

The four acre property contains a 25,000 square feet Colonial style home with 32 rooms, including eight bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms, an indoor swimming pool with an arched glass roof, two lane bowling alley, a paneled billiard room, full sized racquetball court, a professional recording studio, a carriage house with a home gym, at least three fireplaces, garaging for at least 5 cars and a movie theater.
