Speaking during the interactive session with religious leaders and victims of the post election riot in Kaduna, the grand mufti of Bosnia, Dr. Mustafa Ceric, urged Nigerian leaders to always preach unity among all.
“No matter the problem, don’t break Nigeria because the country is better off together,” he said.
In his address, the chairman of the Jama’atul Nasrul Islam (JNI), Sheikh Ja’afaru Makarfi, told the delegation that their visit to the state may not yield the desired result.
“You should have come privately and not through the government so that you can have first hand information about the remote and immediate causes of the crises in the state. There is need for you to get all sides in order to be able to contribute in addressing these problems,” he said.
Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigerian (CAN), Kaduna State chapter, Reverend Sam Kujiat, reiterated his determination to partner with the organization for the sustenance of peace in the state.
