EMEKA UGWUONYE , THE LAWYER THAT WAS WRONGFULLY DETAINED BY NIGERIA EFCC SERVES NIGERIAN OFFICIALS COURT SUMMONS IN DC INCLUDING EFCC CHAIRMAN IBRAHIM LAMORDE
Nigerian delegates at a Security Conference holding at the US peace Institute in Washington DC were shocked when a US Courts process server/ Bailiff approached and served some dignitaries with court summons at the venue with the defendants positively identified by the plaintiff Emeka Ugwuonye himself. The Nigerian Ambassador to the United States, Ambassador Adebowale Ibidapo Adefuye, EFCC Chairman, Ibrahim Lamorde, and Minister for Foreign affairs, Amb.Olugbenga Ashiru, who were sponsored by the Federal Government to attend the security conference were all served at the event with a law suit of $75 million suit by US based Nigerian lawyer, Ephraim Emeka Ugwuonye who doubles as the plaintiff as well . The irony being that the venue of serving was the United States peace Institute in Washington DC and the plaintiff is suing for but not limited to assault, crimes against humanity, violations of civil and human rights, torture, illegal rendition, abuse of court process and conspiracy,
In the action of the plaintiff against Ambassador Adebowale Ibidapo Adefuye, Ibrahim Lamorde,
