Snoop Dogg has been detained at an airport in Norway after authorities allegedly found him in possession of marijuana. The rapper, 40, was stopped at customs at the Kjevic Airport in Kristiansand where customs officers are said to have discovered eight grams of the drug, according to TMZ. He was fined 12,000 Norwegian Krone - just under $2000 - and released. Snoop will perform at the Hove Festival later today. It was his second drug bust this year alone - in January he was arrested in Sierra Blanca, Texas after his transport was stopped at a Border Patrol check
