The latest news coming from insiders of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome‘s Christ Embassy Church headquarters located in Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos Nigeria is very saddening.
According to Enquirer Magazine report, controversy currently trails the mysterious disappearance of$5,000 US dollars which was allegedly stolen from the Church‘s Finance Department on the 13th of November, 2012, two weeks ago.
A staff member who pleaded anonymity claims Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and the other pastors were surprised at the disappearance of the lump sum amount of money kept in the custody of the church’s Finance dept.
“These people will never change ! they keep soiling our image, imagine now that we have international  delegates around is when such terrible thing is happening,” the angry church member lamented.
The source claims the money was transferred from the Finance office without the due process and some trusted hands of Pastor Chris have been fingered for ongoing investigation.
“The rumour is that the atrocity must have been perpetuated by one of Pastor’s most trusted hands who’s a senior staff of the department and that is why members of the finance department are doing everything possible to keep it under check until the programme ends,”he added.
