Chelsea FC set to land 23-year-old Saint-Etienne’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Even after conquering the UEFA Champions League and the FA Cup last year, Chelsea F.C. were runners-up for the UEFA Super Cup as well as the FIFA Club World Cup in 2013. Yet the club fortified the squad with two midfielders last summer with Brazilian international Oscar and Belgian Eden Hazard. But this year they have a newer and longer wish list for this upcoming transfer window.

Negotiations with 23-year-old Saint-Etienne’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who has said, ‘I am ready to join a top club,’ according to the Daily Mail, and the raising super start Neymar, both previously mentioned here at SWOL are old news along with the chance of seeing Jose Mourinho switching from Madrid to London.

The Blues are intensifying their presence on the road with their eyes and pockets wide open for the finest talent they can scoop. And money, as usual, won’t be a problem thank to billionaire owner Roman Abramovich.

And this intensification culminates with Frank Lampard’s, Fernando Torres and Rafael Benítez indecisive futures. The latter probably will take off and move out of England, while Torres has to give a final vital push to remain at Stamford Bridge, Lampard has yet to renew his contract.

The newly recorder with 200 goals for Chelsea and only two behind the old time record, has said he will ask for advice from England’s manager, Roy Hodgson.
