TV Personality: Piers Morgan
He is editorial director of First News, a national newspaper for children, and host of Piers Morgan Tonight on CNN, which he began hosting on 17 January 2011. The show replaced Larry King Live in the 9:00 PM time slot after Larry King's retirement. He is a former judge on America's Got Talent. Morgan is also a former winner of The Celebrity Apprentice. In the United Kingdom he worked as a writer and editor for several newspapers, including The Sun, News of the World, and Daily Mirror, and was a judge on Britain's Got Talent. Morgan has authored eight books, including three volumes of memoirs.
MTV News UK were on the red carpet at the prestigious Royal Opera House in London's Covent Garden to get all the gossip, with Jessie J, Tom Hiddleston and Rita Ora all in attendance.
Pharrell was named Performer of the year, thanking God in his speech when picking up his award from Rosie Huntington Whiteley, as well as praising the likes of Justin Timberlakeand Daft Punk, who he's worked with over the past year.
JT himself also made an appearance at the bash to present Tom Ford with the Designer trophy.
Arctic Monkeys were named Best Band, while Russell Brand, Nick Grimshaw and Piers Morgan were all triumphant, with Lou Reed taking home the Inspiration title.
Former Harry Potter star Emma Watson proved it wasn't all about the guys as she was named Woman of the Year, with the stunning actress baring her toned stomach in a monochrome outfit.
Jessie J also showed off her stomach in a revealing black crop-top and skirt, as Rita Ora turned heads in a black and yellow zebra-print backless frock.
Model Daisy Lowe also flashed the flesh in a plunging sheer black gown, which exposed her knickers as well as her cleavage.
Actor Michael Douglas put his alleged marriage woes behind him to pick up the coveted Legend trophy, stating that he was "really touched" as he accepted his award from Samuel L Jackson.
Former Doctor Who star Matt Smith was on hand to give Noel Gallagher the Icon accolade, while Wilko Johnson awarded Elton John with the Genius gong.
Downton Abbey star Dan Stevens was branded Hugo Boss' Most Stylish, with the hunky actor joking his wife found his new title "hilarious".
Eddie Redmayne picked up Breakthrough gong for his role is musical movie, Les Misérables.
