Ivan Lewis' 'take me back' campaign receives over 14,000 'likes'

A CHEATING husband has failed to win back his ex-wife despite a Facebook plea which received more than 14,000 ‘likes’.
Ivan Lewis from North Carolina decided to pose with a humiliating homemade sign that read: “I cheated on my wife!!! (and she was ugly)” hoping to worm his way back onto the affections of his estranged wife, but despite the picture winning the thumbs-up of over 14,000 users, Lewis was unsuccessful.
Although ex-wife Sonya Gore promised she would take him if the photo received more than 10,000 ‘likes’, she has now reneged on that promise.
Gore stressed she won't be making her decision based on this prank alone – although she admits she still loves her cheating ex, who she lived with for ten months.
Following her decision, a heartbroken Lewis took to the social networking site once again to express his sorrow.
FACEBOOK PLEA: Ivan posted this picture on the social networking site
“For two days with tears in my eyes I been trying to figure out how to put in the words how thankful I am for everybody for helping me get the 10,000 likes.
“I just want everybody know how much I appreciate the support AND I'M NOT GOING TO STOP UNTIL I GET HER BACK !!!!!!”
He uploaded another picture of the couple in happier times, begging her to remarry him.
"This is my wife Sonya Gore we have been separated for two years an i wanted to ask her will u marry me again?"
Gore then posted a frank reply on her Facebook page: “I have been puzzled all week because I thought LOVE left the building along time ago with all the stuff going on in the world but I think this experience proved me wrong we still love each other an want to be loved. Thank you to everyone with all the positive remarks an LOVE all of you!!!!!”
