A north Georgia woman says she wants answers after an apparent prank in a restroom left her with serious injuries.

Twelve days after the incident, Illyanna De La Keur says she remains couch-bound. She told Thomas not only were the injuries she suffered painful enough, she's also very embarrassed.
"I'm a grown woman who can't even
De La Keur went to a Banks County Home Depot the day before Thanksgiving with her sister and brother-in-law.
She said when she went to the restroom, she
De La Keur's sister took video as paramedics worked to free her. You can hear her screaming in pain. Crews ultimately decided to use WD-40 to free her.
It worked, but she was left with ripped skin and several wounds. De La Keur and her family now question the process.
"I couldn't understand why they weren't just taking me to an emergency room and having a doctor remove it," De La Keur said.
"She wasn't in her right state of mind to OK an experiment on her. It worked, but I don't think she should have been there," De La Keur's
A Home Depot representative said the company has left De La Keur two voice messages and mailed a letter to her. Home Depot said a third party is now handling the
