A delegate at the ongoing National Conference in Nigeria, retired police AIG Hamma Misau has died at the National Hospital in Abuja. Mallam Misau died last night of an undisclosed illness at the age of 67.
Mallam Misau became famous after a photo of him taking a nap at the conference was shared on social media three days ago.
Barrister Mohammed Hamma a cousin to the retired police officer confirmed his demise today, but did not elaborate. He said a Muslim funeral is due shortly in Bauchi for the late delegate. Mallam Hamma Misau hails from Misau in Bauchi state.

The death has been reported of this candidate (2nd from left) who has been sleeping since he arrived the venue of the confab. He was a retired AIG of Police. If only he had stayed back home instead of blocking the made chance for some sound and energetic young folks from his state. May his soul rest in peace.
an unhealthy man shld be in his hse or hospital taking care of himself not coming to a confab.the problem with nigerians is dat they dont kno wen to quit.if its possible they will rule from their graves.
