Two Miami police officers are under investigation after getting into a fight during a traffic stop, and the incident was all caught on camera. Marcel Jackson pulled over Lt. David Ramras, and that’s when a physical altercation broke out, according to police.
According to Jackson, Ramras was speeding and wouldn’t stop when Jackson initially tried to pull him over. Jackson said he pursued Ramras for a couple of blocks before Ramras pulled over, according to WPLG.
Meanwhile, Jackson’s personal dash-camera was rolling.

The video which was obtained by Crespogram, shows the car moving faster than the flow of traffic.
In the video, the door of the car can be seen swinging open, then Jackson extends his arms and pushes the driver, Ramras, back up against the car.
The two men are seen in a physical altercation, and then Jackson drops Ramras to the ground on his back and straddles his torso.  Miami officers quickly arrived in three squad cars and broke up the fight.
In the video, Ramras is seen standing up and is heard yelling, “You do know who the f–k I am.”
“No, I don’t,” Jackson shouts back at him.
Later, Jackson gets back in his car, pointed his camera down, and described the encounter during a telephone conversation.
As It happens, the  car of the car turned out to be Lieutenant David Ramras from Internal Affairs from the same department as Officer Jackson.
When Lieutenant Ramras commented on Jackson’s appearance, things turned violent.
“He’s like, ‘What’s all that stuff on your face,’” Officer Marcel said on the phone after the incident. “And I’m like, ‘Excuse me? I said, ‘Sir, that’s none of your concern.’ And then he, and then he pushes open the door.”
Lt. David Ramras asked, “Do you know who the *expletive* I am?”
Officer Marcel Jackson responded, “No, I don’t.”
Lt. Ramras remarked, “I showed you ID.”
WPLG reports:
Both officers are members of the Fraternal Order of Police. The FOP said in a statement that parts of the story are incorrect.
“Some of the conversations and information provided in these stories were not captured by the secret records or coming from credible sources,” the FOP said in its statement.
Officer Jackson has been relieved of duty with pay. Lt. Ramras has been reassigned to an investigations unit. The state attorney’s office is investigating the matter because Lt. Ramras’ division was internal affairs, which typically investigates matters like this.
