UMARU DIKKO
He is mostly remembered for a kidnap attempt by a Mohammadu Buahri a fellow Hausa/Fulani military and head of Nigeria attempted to abduct a person from London, sedate him and fly him to Nigeria
Umaru Dikko fought so hard and spoke up against such crazy brigandage. He even went to the Oputa Panel to complain against those who drugged him and tried to kidnap him. Though he started off probably a corrupt official in the Shagari administration, he will now be remembered for his fights and his unique singling out and victimisation.

Once a crook, always a crook; dead or alive. He will be remembered by those of us who were adults when he was in government for his cornering of rice importation and enriching himself through it. If Dikko was a true Muslim, he would not have stolen from his people. All that last minute repentance does not do it, unless you refund what you stole.
Of course, he had to join the PDP where he rightfully belonged with the rest of the crooks
