Buhari condoles with Kenya over varsity terror attack.

President-elect Muhammadu Buhari has condoled with Kenyans over the terrorist attacks on Garissa University that killed 148 people last week.

Buhari extended his condolences to the families of those who lost loved ones in the attack in a message he personally signed on Sunday.

“There are those among us who will always find an excuse – religion, tribe, and others – to take innocent lives. These terrorists are a scourge all across Africa and the world, and we must confront them together, using all the tools at our disposal,” he said.
