Bomb blast rocked the popular Bayan Tasha market/ motor park in Damaturu at exactly 11am today. The deadly act was performed by a suicide bomber, suspected to be ten years old… According to further reports in Premium Times, Dozens may have died in Damaturu, the Yobe state capital.
A witness said the blast left many dismembered human parts littering the scene. A resident of Damaturu, Abdulmalik Audu said the incident occurred behind the main Damaturu motor park where there are commercial shops and stalls. Details of the casualties and cause of the blast could be ascertained immediately.
