A former Oklahoma City police officer accused of sexually assaulting black women while on duty is back in jail. The racist/rapist known as Daniel Holtzclaw is facing 36 different criminal counts, including rape, sexual battery, and indecent exposure. He’s been out on bond awaiting trial, but on Monday, he went back to the Oklahoma County jail for violating the conditions of his bond. The sex terrorist is on strict house arrest at his dad’s home in Enid, and is required to wear a GPS monitored ankle bracelet. According to court documents, the trisomic beast allowed his GPS bracelet battery to go dead on July 19 for about six and a half hours, from just after midnight to 7 a.m. “He forgot to charge it, just like a lot of people forget to charge their cell phone. Not to equate a cell phone with a GPS monitoring system, but it’s the same theory. He just didn’t plug it into the wall. And he’s paying the price for it now,” said the rapist’s attorney, Scott Adams. Adams says the former racist cop reported the violation himself. Court documents do say the diabolical racist rapist called to “acknowledge that the lights on his bracelet were not on so he had plugged in the unit.” The violation report also states the GPS charging history shows “more than 24 hours between charging sessions” and that “this is a direct violation of his GPS rules.” An Oklahoma County judge sentenced him to ONLY 15 days in the county jail for this violation. This is the rapist’s second bond violation. Last October, he had to spend 14 days in the county jail after he forgot to notify the court before going to a doctor’s appointment. When the sex criminal was released that time, protesters gathered outside the jail. “He is a danger to this society. You cannot rape women, victimize the vulnerable, and then go home and watch TV. That’s not acceptable,” said Grace Franklin as she protested. “He understands that he can have no more foul ups. And if he does, I’m sure we won’t be having this discussion again. It’ll be for the rest until the remainder of the trial is over,” said Adams. A representative in the Oklahoma County district attorney’s office told us they have numerous cases of people wearing these ankle bracelets, and that no one else is having any trouble keeping theirs charged. According to court documents, the white/terrorist will spend 15 days in county jail for violating the terms of his bond. The racist/terrorist is scheduled to go to trial October 26.
