Detectives investigating the murder of Dallas dentist Kendra Hatcher, 35, have charged a man with her shooting and are seeking her lover's former girlfriend to charge her.
Kristopher Love, 31, was arrested and is being held on $2.5million bail. He is accused of being a hired killer.
Dr Hatcher's boyfriend Ricardo Paniagua, a dermatologist, had broken up with Brenda Delgado, 33, in the spring and embarked on a relationship with divorcee Dr. Hatcher.
Police said tonight that Delgado was a murder suspect and at large and being classed as a 'fugitive.'

A 23-year-old woman, Crystal Cortes, who is accused of driving the hit man, is already in custody charged with murder.
The mother of one was the first arrest made by police shortly after the brilliant dentist was gunned down in the parking lot of her Dallas apartment block.
Police were contacted by a witness, Jose Ortiz, who recognized his 1996 Jeep Cherokee at the scene of Hatcher's crime when they showed it on the news days after the attack.
Ortiz told officers he had loaned the car to Delgado, and that she let her friend, Cortes, drive it.
Delgado was questioned by detectives on September 4, two days after Hatcher's murder, and confirmed that she allowed Cortes to use the car.
Cortes was then questioned voluntarily, and told police that she had conspired with Delgado to have 'an unknown male suspect' rob Hatcher.
Cortes said she would drive the man to Hatcher's apartment block in Cedar Springs Road, Dallas, and that he would rob the dentist of her driving license. In return he would be paid $500.
'Suspect Cortes drove the unknown male suspect,' the affidavit said.
'Once there, the unknown male suspect exited the vehicle, shot Complainant Hatcher and took several items of her property. The complainant died at the scene.'

Cortes told officers that Delgado 'possessed a black i-Phone that was used to track the location of the complainant's cell phone prior to the offense'.
Cortes was charged with capital murder. Shortly after this DailyMail.com learned that there was a shooting at Cortes' home.
A shot was fired at the home as children played on a trampoline in the front yard. Her family believes the bullet was fired as a warning to the young mother-of-one not to squeal about the identity of the 'hitman'.
Cortes had told her relatives that she was asked to pick up and drop off a man at an apartment in uptown Dallas and had no idea he was to carry out the murder.
Cortes, who has a six-year-old son, is known to have been befriended by Paniagua's ex-love in Augiust.
They were seen together shortly before the murder and Cortes visited Delgado's home.
Cortes said she was simply 'running errands' for the 33-year-old woman, who she claimed she had only known a fortnight.
Cortes had told police the hitman was an African-American man who did not tell her he was going to shoot Dr Hatcher.
Cortes told her family in a telephone call from jail at the time: 'I did nothing wrong.
'She [Delgado] asked me to pick somebody up and drop them off and told me what he would be wearing.
'He got out of the car and I started to drive off. But I got stuck behind another car and after he shot her he got into the back seat and ordered me to drive again.
'He had a gun…what was I supposed to do? 'That's all. I didn't know he was going to shoot somebody. I believed he was going to pick up a drivers license.'
She added that her acquaintance with Delgado was new.
'I had been running errands for her and cleaned her flat. I don't know her very well,' she said.
Cortes admitted driving the man, but claimed she does not know his identity and could not help police.
She added: 'I want out of here. I just wanna be with my son. I worry about him all the time and I wish I never got involved in this.'
