Nick Gordon Likely To Be Charged In The Death Of Bobbi Kristina Brown As Grand Jury Convenes In Georgia.
 

 
Bobbi Kristina Brown’s estate is taking the fight to her brother/ex-boyfriend Nick Gordon claiming that he gave her a toxic mixtures of drugs that ultimately sent her into a coma in January of this year.TMZ reported that her estate just filed new legal documents claiming that she got into a violent fight with Nick Gordon where he injected the toxic drug into her blood.Nick is calling the whole thing BS. He says that her estate is just trying to convict him in the public eye before any charges or trial for him. He also wants the judge to dismiss a $40 million wrongful death lawsuit the estate filed against him.Bobbi Kristina cause of death is also being withheld by the Fulton County Medical Examiner due to the ongoing police investigation.The estate is saying that the lethal drug mixture is what ultimately lead to her death.

Nick Gordon, the boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina Brown, could be facing murder charges as a secret grand jury convenes in Georgia.
Radar Online reports that “the District Attorney is convening a secret grand jury and it’s likely to result in charges against Nick Gordon.”

Bobbi was was found unconscious, face down, submerged in water in her bathtub on January 31, 2015 in her Roswell, Georgia home. Her friend Max Lomas and Nick reportedly found her.

While Lomas called 911, Nick administered CPR until paramedics arrived.

Bobbi was rushed to the hospital, but the time she spent without oxygen caused irreparable brain damage to the 22-year old only child of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown.

She remained in a coma until her death on July 26, 2015.

In June, Gordon was hit with a $40 million wrongful death lawsuit by Bobbi's family, alleging he beat her after an all-night “cocaine and drinking binge.”


The lawsuit also accused Gordon of giving his girlfriend “toxic cocktail” that knocked her out.



Bobby Brown is pointing the finger at Gordon in the death of his daughter, according to Billboard.

“In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon," Bobby's attorney Christopher Brown said in a statement.

Bobby Brown has given his first interview over the death of Bobbi Kristina, saying he comforts himself with the belief that ex-wife Whitney Houston 'called my daughter with her'.
The singer said in a sit-down with syndicated daytime talk show The Real - set to air September 14 - that he and his family did all they could do for his daughter before her July death, six months after she was found unconscious in the bathtub of her Georgia home in mysterious circumstances.'We prayed in hope for six months, you know, for something better to happen, but when god calls you he calls you,' Brown, supported by wife Alicia Etheredge Brown, says on the show.'I'm pretty sure her mother had a part with like (gestures) ''c'mon lets get her up here'' .. in the best way possible.'
