Governor, Rochas Okorocha had on Tuesday formally expressed his decision to join the yet-to-be registered All Progressives Congress, APC.
Reports says that Okorocha made the declaration at a rally in Owerri as part of activities marking his two years in office.
Okorocha said that his intention of joining APC was to ensure that the people continue to benefit from the dividends of democracy under his administration.
