BENIN CITY— THERE are indications that the former Foreign Affairs Minister, Chief Tom Ikimi, may soon dump the All Progressives Congress, APC, for the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as the APC leader was said to have shunned the caucus meeting of the party which took place in Abuja last week.--
