It is not enough for him to punish those involved in the act. It is not just happening and that is why the President must deal with it firmly. Ishola Williams (retd), on Thursday, said apart from President Muhammadu Buhari punishing those involved in the padding of the 2016 budget, a panel of inquiry should be inaugurated to check a recurrence.
